Chím-móa ài chiong góa pún-sin só͘ siūⁿ-chhut ê hong- hoat lâi kì kúi-kù. 近來我有機會thang教白話字,所以有淡薄經驗,koh有看著教會較濟iáu照舊款,較為難ê法度,teh教主日學ê學生。Chím仔 ài將我本身所想出ê方法來記幾句。
Chhiáⁿ tāi-ke siūⁿ Chú-ji̍t-o̍h ê bo̍k- tek sī sím-mi̍h? Kiám m̄-sī beh kà tō- lí, ín-chhōa ha̍k-seng lâi bat Chú Iâ-so͘ chò in ê Kiù-chú? Tùi án-ni, bē-hiáu tha̍k Sèng-keng ê ha̍k-seng tio̍h sǹg sī Ū-pī Kho, ia̍h só͘ beh kà in chiū-sī Tō-lí í-ki̍p Pe̍h-ōe-jī. Chêng-nî ê Khò-pún í-keng bat thè lán hun só͘ beh kà ê sî-kan, chiū-sī phì-jū lâi kóng, nā-sī khui-hōe pì-hōe í-gōa iáu ū 45 hun kú, kà tō-lí (chiū-sī kóng kò͘-sū tio̍h 10 hun á-sī 15 hun); só͘-í beh kà Pe̍h-ōe-jī ê sî-kan chiū-sī 35 hun á- sī 30 hun kú. Khiok peh-hòe í-hā ê ha̍k-seng tio̍h chiàu Iù-tī Kho oa̍h-tāng ê hoat-tō͘ lâi kà. Lūn-kàu Iù-tī Kho āu-pái beh siá, chit-chūn só͘ kì--ê sī ha̍p tī káu-hòe í- siōng ê ha̍k-seng (Tâi-oân hòe). 請逐家想主日學ê目的是甚物?敢m̄ 是beh教道理,引chhōa學生來bat主耶穌做in ê救主?M̄-kú tī 台灣姑不chiong著koh加教一項,就是著教學生會曉讀白話字ê聖經;因為真濟囡仔攏無路thang另外學。Tùi án-ni,bē 曉讀聖經ê學生就算是預備科,亦所beh教--in就是道理以及白話字。前年ê課本已經bat替咱分所beh教ê時間,就是譬喻來講,若是開會閉會以外iáu有45分久,教道理 ( 就是講故事著10分抑是15分) ;所以beh教白話字ê 時間就是35分抑是30分久。今一禮拜教一擺nā-tiāⁿ,所以tī hit個30外分久ê 時咱要緊著用第一好ê法度,thang hō͘ 學生gâu 進步,m̄ 免hō͘ in年過年iáu teh讀字母。卻8歲以下ê學生著照幼稚科活動ê法度來教。論到幼稚科後擺beh寫,這陣所記--ê是合tī 9歲以上ê學生 ( 台灣歲 ) 。

Nā í-keng tha̍k chit kúi- hāng, thang kóng sī Pe̍h-ōe-jī chut gia̍p, ē kham-tit ji̍p Sèng-keng Kho. 逐間學校所教ê教科攏有定著ê教科書,總--是照我看咱teh用較chhìn-chhái ê法度來教白話字,致到hō͘ 學生餒志,無甚物興頭愛讀,續定定tī hia teh唸「b,ch,chh。」近來我所用ê教科有分4站:字母,白話字讀本,續摘聖詩30首詩,以及《約翰福音傳》,《使徒行傳》。若已經讀這幾項,thang講是白話字出業,會堪得入聖經科。

Nā ū kàu-oân ài hō͘ ha̍k-seng lēng-gōa tha̍k Chin-tō Būn-tap, á-sī sím-mi̍h gín-ná chheh, lóng hó; chóng-sī chiàu góa só͘ keng- giām ê lâi kì kúi-kù hō͘ lia̍t-ūi chò chham-khó, ǹg-bāng ē thang ín-chhōa ha̍k-seng tha̍k khah chìn-pō͘. 論到字母佮讀本著讀到十分熟,做好ê地基,後來所讀ê詩以及聖冊會較快讀。聖詩 m̄ 免tùi頭一首來教;若是摘較tī冊ê中央較bē破。我bat看學生詩冊ê頭兩、3頁攏破爛!Koh若是較細漢--ê,hō͘ in讀囡仔詩,是較合。Koh要緊 m̄-thang准兩三個學生備辦像一首,因為較bē曉讀--ê,是kan-ta tòe較gâu讀--ê所唸ê話,本身攏無出力認字。譬喻來講,hō͘ 一個學生tùi 20首讀起,到50首為止;koh一個tùi 40首到70首;勻勻。論讀聖經mā是照這個理氣。若tùi馬太讀起,無偌久hit本聖冊ê頭前較歹看,koh一項馬太比約翰較oh得讀。約翰福音傳tiāⁿ-tiāⁿ會讀著相像ê話;親像Tō,piáⁿ,kng,iûⁿ,bo̍k-chiá,chheⁿ-mê云云。這本讀了,著讀較深--ê較新ê話,所以 m̄ 免讀koh這個福音傳,接續來讀使徒行傳較合用。若有教員愛hō͘ 學生另外讀真道問答,抑是甚物囡仔冊,攏好;總--是照我所經驗ê來記幾句hō͘ 列位做參考,向望會thang引 chhōa 學生讀較進步。

Kàu-oân eng-kai tio̍h chi̍t ki iân-pit chò i ê phōaⁿ! I só͘ tio̍h chò kì-hō ê, chiū-sī ha̍k-seng só͘ tha̍k kàu hia ê só͘-chāi; nā-sī sím-mi̍h chōa ê jī iáu-bōe cha̍p-hūn se̍k,m̄-thang chò kì-hō. Thàn chit ê hoat-tō͘ ū nn̄g hāng ê lī-ek. Ha̍k- seng chai i tio̍h tùi tó-ūi koh pī-pān, ia̍h kàu-oân nā beh koh-chài siū i ê Jī-bó, á-sī Tho̍k-pún, Si-chheh, Sèng-keng, kan-ta tio̍h khòaⁿ i lō͘-bóe pái ê kì-hō chiū tùi hit chōa lâi thiaⁿ i tha̍k. Tē-jī hāng ê hó: chit ê hoat-tō͘ sī kek ha̍k- seng ài kèng-cheng ê sim; sian-siⁿ nā hān i tio̍h tha̍k lōa-chē, kiaⁿ-liáu khah bô ài chhut-la̍t. Lūn kàu-oân iáu ū chi̍t hāng: khah-siông góa khòaⁿ kàu-oân teh kà Pe̍h-ōe-jī ê sî, in pún-sin teh sûn ha̍k-seng, bô kiò ha̍k-seng kīn-óa in. Taⁿ lán tio̍h thé-thiap gín-ná sèng; gín- ná chin ài ūn-tōng, m̄-thang kiò i tiām- tiām chē siuⁿ-kú, in-ūi ē siān, sòa pìⁿ- chò bô tì-ì ê ha̍k-seng. Khah hó, kàu- oân tio̍h chē; nā ē thang siat-hoat chē tī tùi-bīn sī siāng-hó, ia̍h kiò ha̍k-seng chi̍t-ê chi̍t-ê lâi khiā tī i ê sin-piⁿ hō͘ i siū. Án-ni, gín-ná ē khah oa̍h-tāng, kàu-oân khah bē siān, koh-khah ū ki- hōe thang khòaⁿ ha̍k-seng lóng ū teh chhut-la̍t á bô. Ū kúi-nā keng ê Chú- ji̍t-o̍h tio̍h ēng pài-tn̂g-thiaⁿ ê the-í lâi kà; án-ni-seⁿ khah hùi-khì, in-ūi kàu- oân bē-tit-thang chē tī ha̍k-seng ê tùi- bīn. Nā-sī án-ni, chhiáⁿ kàu-oân hō͘ ha̍k- seng chē chi̍t chōa, ia̍h i tú-tú chē tī tē-jī chōa, tī in ê āu-bīn, iû-goân koán khah ē-tio̍h, ia̍h kiò in chi̍t-ê chi̍t-ê lâi khiā tī i ê sin-piⁿ. Nā ha̍k-seng chi̍t-tè í-liâu chē bē-lo̍h, nn̄g saⁿ ê thang kap kàu-oân chē tī hit ê tē jī chōa. Lūn kàu-oân kóng kò͘-sū ê sî, i iàu-kín tio̍h khiā, ēng oa̍h-tāng ê khoán lâi hêng-iông hit ê kò͘-sū. 教員應該著一枝鉛筆做伊ê 伴!伊所著做記號--ê,就是學生所讀到hia ê所在;若是甚物chōa ê字iáu-bōe十分熟,m̄-thang做記號。趁這個法度有兩項ê利益。學生知伊著tùi佗位koh備辦,亦教員若beh koh再授伊ê 字母,抑是讀本、詩冊、聖經,kan-ta著看伊路尾擺ê記號就tùi hit chōa來聽伊讀。第2項ê好:這個法度是激學生愛競爭ê心;先生若限伊著讀偌濟,驚了較無愛出力。論教員iáu有一項:較常我看教員teh教白話字ê時,in本身teh巡學生,無叫學生近倚in。今咱著體貼囡仔性;囡仔真愛運動,m̄-thang叫伊恬恬坐傷久,因為會siān,續變做無致意ê學生。較好,教員著坐;若會thang設法坐tī tùi面是上好,亦叫學生一個一個來企tī 伊ê 身邊hō͘ 伊授。Án-ni,囡仔會較活動,教員較bē siān,koh較有機會thang看學生攏有teh出力抑無。有幾若間ê主日學著用拜堂廳ê the 椅來教;án-ni生較費氣,因為教員 bē得thang坐tī 學生ê 對面。若是án-ni,請教員hō͘ 學生坐一chōa,亦伊抵抵坐tī第二chōa,tī in ê後面,猶原管較會著,亦叫in一個一個來企tī 伊ê 身邊。若學生一塊椅條坐bē落,兩、3個thang佮教員坐tī hit個第二chōa。論教員講故事ê 時,伊要緊著企,用活動ê款來形容hit個故事。
Lūn kà jī-bó ê hong-hoat, chiàu góa bat khòaⁿ, khah-chē lâng iáu sī tòe kū- khoán lâi kà; án-ne-seⁿ chám-jiân khah ûi-lân, koh sī khah bô chiàu kàu-siū- hoat ê lí. Hiān-sî Jī-bó ê tē-jī bīn sī chò tē-it bīn ê tùi-bīn, nā-sī hian-khui liâm-piⁿ ē tùi thâu chi̍t-bīn lâi jīn tē-jī bīn ê jī. Chhiáⁿ kàu-oân m̄-thang tāi- seng chò chi̍t-ē kà tē-it bīn, b ch chh, a ah aⁿ, e, i, o, u, hiah ê chōa. Khah hó, kà b ch chh hit chōa liáu, chiū liâm-piⁿ jīn tē-jī bīn ê it chām, m, p, ch, b. Kà b ch chh ê sî, ha̍k-seng tio̍h ēng ka-tī ê chéng-thâu-á lâi kí, chóng-sī kàu-oân m̄- thang hō͘ i ēng chéng-thâu-á lâi khàm- jī. I nā ē-hiáu tha̍k b ch chh lo̍h--lâi, kiò i tha̍k khí--khì; ch th t, ûn-ûn. Nā- sī siūⁿ-bē-chhut, iàu-kín m̄-thang ti̍t- chiap liām hō͘ i tòe, án-ne oh chìn-pō͘, in-ūi i kan-ta beh tòe lí ê siaⁿ lâi bóng- liām. Tio̍h kiò i pún-sin tùi b ch chh tha̍k--lo̍h-lâi, kàu i só͘ bē kì-tit ê jī; án- ne-seⁿ ka-tī chhōe-tio̍h, khah ē kì-tit. B ch chh ê chōa tha̍k lo̍h--lâi, tha̍k khí-- khì, lóng se̍k, tio̍h ēng iân-pit chò kì-hō, ia̍h kiò i tha̍k tùi-bīn ê tē-it chām. Chit chām ū nn̄g chōa, ta̍k chōa tio̍h tha̍k kòe khì tha̍k kòe-lâi. Nā bē kì-tit sím- mi̍h jī, ha̍k-seng pún-sin tio̍h chhōe tī thâu-bīn ê it chōa, tùi b ch chh tha̍k-- lo̍h-lâi kàu chhōe--tio̍h. Á-sī kàu-oân thang pò i khòaⁿ, kiám-chhái ha̍k-seng liâm-piⁿ ē jīn-tit. 論教字母ê方法,照我bat看,較濟人iáu是tòe舊款來教;án-ni生嶄然較為難,koh是較無照教授法ê理。現時字母ê第2面是做第一面et5ui面,若是掀開liâm-piⁿ 會tùi頭一面來認第2面ê字。請教員 m̄-thang第先做一下教第一面,b ch chh,a ah aⁿ, e, i, o, u,hiah ê chōa。較好,教b ch chh hit chōa了,就liâm-piⁿ認第2面ê 一站,m, p, ch, b。教b ch chh ê 時,學生著用家己ê指頭仔來記,總--是教員 m̄-thang hō͘ 伊用指頭仔來蓋字。伊若會曉讀b ch chh 落--來,叫伊讀起--去;ch th t,勻勻。若是想bē出,要緊 m̄-thang直接唸hō͘ 伊tòe,án-ne 難進步,因為伊kan-ta beh tòe 你ê聲罔唸。著叫伊本身tùi b ch chh讀--落--來,教伊所bē記得ê字;án-ne-siⁿ 家己chhōe--著,較會記得。B ch chh ê chōa讀--落--來,讀起--去,攏熟,著用鉛筆做記號,亦叫伊讀tùi面ê第一站。這站有兩chōa,逐chōa著讀--過去讀--過--來。若未記得甚物字,學生本身著chhōe tī頭面ê一chōa,tùi b ch chh 讀--落--來教chhōe--著。抑是教員thang 報伊看,kiám-chhái學生liâm-piⁿ 會認字。
Kî-û ê Jī-bó lóng tio̍h chiàu chit ê lí- khì lâi kà. Tē-jī chōa, a ah aⁿ, kà-liáu, chiū jīn tē-jī chām ê jī, ap, au, at; tē- saⁿ chōa, e eh eⁿ, kà-liáu, tio̍h jīn tē-saⁿ chām, eng, eh, eⁿ; ûn-ûn. Ta̍k chōa iû- goân tha̍k lo̍h-lâi tha̍k khí-khì; á-sī tha̍k kòe-khì tha̍k kòe-lâi. Tha̍k se̍k ê ūi, ta̍k pái tio̍h chò kì-hō. 其餘ê字母攏著照這個理氣來教。第二chōa,a, ah, aⁿ,教了,就認第二站ê字,ap, au,at ; 第三chōa,e, eh, eⁿ 教了,著認第三站,eng, eh, eⁿ ; 勻勻。逐chōa猶原讀落來讀起去;抑是讀過去讀-來。讀熟ê位,逐擺著做記號。
Teh kà im ê chām, hō͘ ha̍k-seng ēng chéng-thâu-á lâi liām 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Āu-lâi liām a á à ah â á ā a̍h. Ū-sî góa bat siá 2,3,5,7,8 tī Jī-bó ê téng- bīn, pang-chān ha̍k-seng kì-tit im. Mái, bān, pò, hit chōa tek-khak m̄-thang kan-ta liām; ta̍k kù-ōe tio̍h jīn-jī, ho͘- im, chhin-chhiūⁿ, "m ai, mai; nn̄g im, mái mái;" "b an, ban; chhit im, ban bán bàn bat bân bán bān." Chiah ê chōa ia̍h thang tha̍k kòe-lâi. Teh教音ê站,hō͘ 學生用指頭仔來唸1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8。後--來唸a á à ah â á ā a̍h。有時我bat寫2, 3, 5, 7, 8 tī 字母ê頂面,幫贊學生記得音。Mái,bān,pò,hit chōa 的確 m̄-thang kan-ta唸;逐句話著認字,呼音,親像「m ai,mai ; 兩音,mái mái」「b an; ban;七音banbán bàn bat bân bán bān。」chiah-ê chōa亦thang讀過來。
Ū-sî kàu-oân tú-tio̍h ha̍k-seng ē-hiáu jīn-jī, chóng-sī lóng bē-hiáu tàu-im! Chhin-chhiūⁿ teh tha̍k tē-jī chām ê sî, i ài kóng, "b a, la," á-sī "b an, han" Chit hō ha̍k-seng lán tio̍h kiò i seng liām jī-bóe, chiah khah ē-hiáu tàu-im. Chhin- chhiūⁿ, "a, b a, ba;" "an, b an, bān;" "ak, b ak, bak." 有時教員抵著學生會曉認字,總--是攏bē 曉鬥音!親像teh讀第2站ê 時,伊ài 講:「b a, la」抑是「b an, han」這號學生咱著叫伊先唸字母,才較會曉鬥音。親像「a,b a,ba」「an,b an,bān」「ak,b ak,bak。」
Jī-bó tha̍k-liáu, ha̍k-seng tio̍h tha̍k Pe̍h-ōe-jī Tho̍k-pún lâi chiap-sòa. Chit pún put-chí ha̍h-ēng, koh nā-sī chù- bûn 50 pún, kè-chîⁿ kan-ta peh-kak gîn. Tī chit pún ū Chú ê Kî-tó-bûn, Cha̍p- tiâu-kài, í-ki̍p pa̍t-hāng. Ha̍k-seng teh tha̍k Tho̍k-pún ê sî, iáu tio̍h tùi Jī-bó lâi jīn-jī; nā-sī jī ài bē kì-tit, khah hó koh chi̍t pái un-si̍p Jī-bó ê thâu-chi̍t bīn. Koh chhiáⁿ lia̍t-ūi kàu-oân iû- goân ēng tú-á só͘ pâi-lia̍t ê hoat-tō͘ lâi kà Tho̍k-pún. Iàu-kín tio̍h hō͘ ha̍k- seng ka-tī jīn-jī, ho͘-im; koh Tho̍k-pún tē-jī bīn ê chōa tio̍h tha̍k lo̍h--lâi, tha̍k khí--khì. Kán-kán lâi kóng kàu-siū-hoat chi̍t hāng iàu-kín ê lí, chiū-sī tio̍h hō͘ ha̍k-seng ka-tī chhut-la̍t. 字母讀了,學生著讀《白話字讀本》來接續。這本不止合用,koh若是注文50本,價錢kan-ta 8角銀。Tī 這本有主ê祈禱文,10條誡,以及別項。學生teh讀讀本ê 時,iáu著tùi字母來認字;若是字ài bē記得,較好koh一擺溫習字母ê頭一面。Koh請列位教員猶原用抵仔所排列ê法度來教讀本。要緊著hō͘ 學生家己認字,呼音;koh讀本第2面ê chōa著讀--落--來,讀起--去。簡簡來講教授法一項要緊ê理,就是著hō͘ 學生家己出力。

Nā sī ha̍k-seng chin gâu chìn-pō͘, teh siū i ê si iah-sī Sèng-keng ê sî, kàu-oân tio̍h tùi i só͘ pī-pān ê, lâi thiah hō͘ i tha̍k lán thiaⁿ, chiū hó; kiaⁿ-liáu nā lóng thiaⁿ, siū pa̍t-ê ha̍k-seng bē-hiáu. Ū-sî góa nā khòaⁿ bó͘ ha̍k-seng put-chí gâu chìn-pō͘, góa bat chún i làng chi̍t, nn̄g chiuⁿ, án-ni-siⁿ hō͘ i koh-khah kín tùi ī-pī-kho chhut-gia̍p, ji̍p Sèng-keng-kho; chóng-sī khah han-bān ê, bē kham-tit làng chiuⁿ. 字母、讀本,攏讀熟了後,學生beh讀聖詩嶄然較快。Hō͘ 伊讀30首,就好;出在教員摘佗一站;30到60首;抑是70到100;130到160;勻勻。相佮坐ê學生m̄-thang讀相像ê詩。Koh請教員猶原kan-ta tī讀熟ê位做記號。詩30首讀了,hō͘ 伊讀《約翰福音傳》,佮《使徒行傳》。揀一兩本做教科書ê理氣,tī 頂月我已經講了。若是學生真gâu進步,teh授伊ê 詩抑是聖經ê 時,教員著tùi伊所備辦--ê,來摘hō͘ 伊讀hō͘咱聽,就好;驚了若攏聽,授別個學生bē 曉。有時我若看某學生不止gâu 進步,我bat准伊làng一兩章,án-ni生hō͘ 伊koh較緊tùi預備科出業,入聖經科;總--是較頇顢--ê,bē堪得làng章。
Tōa ǹg-bāng tùi só͘ kì kúi-kù hō͘ lia̍t- ūi kàu-oân thang tit-tio̍h tām-po̍h-á ê kàu-siū-hoat, lâi saⁿ pang-chān tī lín só͘ chò iàu-kín ê kang-tiâⁿ. Góa kap lín put-chí tông-chêng. Goān lín tāi-ke tit-tio̍h Siōng-tè ê tōa si-un. 大向望tùi 所記幾句hō͘ 列位教員thang得著淡薄仔ê教授法,來相幫贊tī lín所做要緊ê工程。我佮lín不止同情。願lín逐家得著上帝ê大施恩。
