孟子有講,宋國有一個人,煩惱伊田裡的稻仔攏無甚物大,伊就一模一模,用手kā伊拔,予浮較懸起來;直直走tò來in兜kā人講,今仔日我看見田裡的稻仔攏毋大,不止煩惱;我卻有想著一個法度,通幫贊伊大欉。In後生聽見按呢,就趕緊走去看;ó-hò,hiah-ê予伊拔的稻仔,都攏ta-la去啦。

論語冊有講,愛趕緊就做袂得通到。也中庸的有講,譬喻上懸,著對低低來peh;譬喻行遠,著對近來行起。按呢thang知無論做甚物事,攏著照次序來行,才會得做到成功。若是出在in家己的緊性地,袂會行伊就欲學跑,按呢欲thài會保得伊袂跋倒咧?親像馬可四章二十六節有講,上帝的國親像人掖種子tī地裡,暝時睏,早起時起來,hit-ê種子就發芽,漸漸大起來,人也袂曉得按怎樣會按呢。因為地teh生五穀,是出tī自然的,代先是秧,後來大欉成穗,到尾穗裡就結規粒,也hiah-ê粒成熟了,就用鐮le̍k仔去割,因為收成的時陣到啦。照按呢才有出tī自然;若親像hit ê宋國的人所teh做,毋但袂幫贊伊大,是顛倒予伊khau死了了。所以俗語閣teh講,緊紡無好紗,緊做無好ta-ke;就是教人著照次序來行。
